I couldn’t have asked for a better tech! He didn’t find anything wrong with my machine but left his info in case I had the problem arise again. He went above and beyond and sent me the instruction booklet that I didn’t receive with my machine! Kind and courteous! Would definitely ask for him personally if I needed service again
