I’ve had Jessica out to my house several times to repair my frig, range, and dishwasher. She is very knowledgeable about all the different appliances and manufacturers. Since these were all new, she helped me with understanding some of the features and how they work. She also explained how the warranty’s work. Brand new washer and dryer have been checked out for repair by your technicians. They were unable to figure out the problem... So after three visits I do still have a wager which doesn’t spin correctly and a dryer which from time to time burn my belongings!!!!! This is very disappointing
