Service was very good!

Tyler arrived promptly. He introduced himself, was polite and put coverings over his shoes. (I appreciated this gesture), In the laundry room. He asked what are the issues I’m experiencing with my Whirlpool Washing machine? I told him Wrinkling some items more than my previous washer especially cotton sheets! I’ve noticed the fabric softener ball isn’t releasing all of the softener? That is another issue ( Ive used 2 different ones as recommended by the manufacturer and neither one empties completely. I had a wash going when Tyler arrived, I apologized for it. He said that was a good thing, so he could observe the wash to see if he could detect any problems. Long story short, Tyler told me the setting wasn’t providing enough water in the washer was part of the wrinkling issue. Said he would make an an adjustment! After he left I washed the same wrinkled sheet to see if I could get better results….unfortunately it was the same! Extremely wrinkled! I believe Tyler did something to help the other wash! Thank you!
