"Called techline and was advised to look at service bulletin W11544031. After showing customer that unit is within temp limits service bulletin provides. Tech does feel that cooktop is very hot to touch and agrees with customer it is a possible safety issue, however with temperatures within whirlpools limits no work done will resolve this issue. "Units insulation on right wall was ate away due too tub ring not being seeded properly and tub started hitting metal panel, adjusted tub ring and added insulation to metal panel. Dylan came within the timeframe set by Flamingo. He listened to my concerns about the stove and tested it for himself. He agreed that the cook top was getting too hot and the it could become a real safety issue. Although he could not fix it he gave me a suggestion which addressed my issues with the appliance. He was willing to put his assessment of the situation in writing and share it with me. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.
