Flamingo Appliance, and Steven in particular, are the best appliance repair company I have ever dealt with. Steven came in to clean up a warranty repair after the initial contractor failed to repair my dishwasher. The proactive communication and professionalism are second to none.

Kenny arrived on time, diagnosed my refrigerator’s problem and fixed it. Very good service.

Had you guys out here once for refrigerator leaking? He said he flushed it a week and a half later my lights ended up blowing he guessed on what kind of parts he was gonna need charged me half of a balance on them when I told him it was just the lights then a week and a half later after that waiting for my parts my refrigerator starts leaking again and it’s like a guessing game on what he can fix guessing the parts he says not sure why it’s leaking again.not too happy with Kenny’s service would not have him come to my house again .its not a guessing game on fixing it when I have to pay for it then the problem come back again .
