Rick was prompt, professional and courteous. We appreciate good service.

We’ve had several service visits for the same fridge issue. Rick was our technician all times. Most recently, we were the first scheduled appointment which was great for our schedule and he arrived early to our home. Rick completed the board replacement fairly quickly but it did not resolve a lingering issue with the main light. He stayed on hold with the tech line for almost an hour before informing us that he couldn’t wait any longer to move on to other appts, which is understandable. To our surprise, he called back within a few minutes that he had gotten through and had one more fix to try. It worked! We are a little more than 24 hrs post fix and have not noticed any issues (new or unresolved) and hope it stays that way. Thank you Rick for the most recent repair and giving us a few more minutes to avoid another call.

Very professional technician while at our home

My experience was mixed between Flamingo / Rick as follows: +'s: Tech tracker / accuracy was very convenient and process went smoothly. Tech was professional, courteous, took care with our appliance and gave objective feedback. -'s: Had multiple visits for the same symptoms - first visit did not fully evaluate/explore all issues (chime) so incorrect root cause was provided (theory - we were late but not last appt and exit seemed rushed), 2nd visit was more thorough (and I had video/audio of the chime + new temp issue, so we got closer to identifying bad part (1 of 2 with 1 being discontinued); however tech kept mentioning water pressure which we do not believe is an issue at all. Most recent visit also seemed rushed and tech forgot to reconnect/turn on light, not able to get another app for almost a week.
