While it was disappointing that my brand new oven didn't work, the service appointment went very smoothly.

On time fixed my problems with my Maytag refrigerator

The problem still exists, not sure what was actually fixed. We were told parts were changed out. We told the service tech that the noise is constant when the clothes are in the dryer actually drying which he heard the noise when the clothes were in the dryer, the clothes were left in the dryer specifically so that the tech can hear the noise, he asked us to remove the clothes which we did and he then changed the parts. We told him again that the noise exist when the clothes are actually in the dryer. He ran the dryer without the clothes being in it after the parts were changed out and stated he fixed the issue. Within a couple of minutes after he left we decided to put our clothes in the dryer to dry and guess what the noise is till there and nothing was fixed. We are very displeased with the service, we called within 5 minutes after he left to complain that the noise is still there and we are told that they would see if he is still available to come back and look at the issue which I guess he was not because we are now scheduled for service again on Friday. The tech did ask us to throw away a box that he left behind with the parts but when we went he had also just thrown his gloves on our floor and left it for us to trash. As stated the fact that he didn’t care to let us out the clothes back in to see if the issue was fixed was very unprofessional. We are displeased with the service that we received and is hoping that on Friday the issue is fixed and we have someone that actually listens.

Very knowledgeable,efficient and courteous technician. So happy to have him fix our washing machine. He diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and installed them quickly and efficiently. Definite asset to the company!
