Lee called to let me know that he was on the way to our home for the service call. He arrived as scheduled. I was relieved to see that he wore a mask as we do. He explained how he planned to troubleshoot the problem and checked the refrigerator. We turned the water supply line on and he diagnosed the problem. Lee is professional, thorough, and completed the repair in a timely manner. Great job!
