Excellent service. This is the second time I have used them, and I was very pleased. They are on time, efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. I like that they over a site that allows you to track your technician so you can see how the appointments before you are progressing. They call to let you know they are on their way, and if for some reason an appointment has taken more time than they anticipated, they call to let you know they are running late, but they will be at the appointment set for you. I will continue to use them.

My service experience was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. They were on time and worked without stopping. Yes, I would recommend them highly.

I ordered a new Whirlpool range and discovered brown discoloration on the bottom inside walls where the bottom drawer pulls out. I thought it was a film of rust and was concerned to have this on my new range. Noah let me know up front that rust is not an issue covered in my warranty. He did come out and inspect and told me it was paint, not rust. It is still a mystery to me why this streaky brown discoloration exists. It looks like the rusty film you see on grills that Home Depot leaves outside for sale at their stores. But Noah said there was no need to worry. If feels smooth, and he says it is paint. Why would Whirlpool even have streaky paint inside?
