Excellent service!!

Lee was an awesome Service Tech. He was very skilled at what he does. Getting communication from the company was our main issue. They were to let us know we had an appointment on 2/16/26 from 8 am to 4 pm. We received another text stating they would give us a 3 hour window the night before, which would have been Sunday. We never got notification until the morning off, meanwhile my husband had to take the whole day off. Costco gave all the details what our washer was doing. However when Lee got to our house he didn't have all the parts he needed because your company didn't give him all the details. So our machine was not fixed until he came back on 2/19/26. Meanwhile, I asked for assistance with funds to take my cloths to the laundry mat. That was not even a consideration from Flamingo. I would recommend Lee any day for any washer repair. However, I would not recommend your company for the lack of communication and assisting a client when they are not able to use their washer.

Lee was great! He was very knowledgeable and helped walk us through his process. We appreciate all the work he did for us!
