Appliance Repair in Smyrna, Georgia

I don’t believe the information provided was accurate. Tech spent more time explaining why nothing was wrong than checking for issues. Claimed you cannot change fridge temperature separately from the freezer. That my fridge produced 5 years prior had a different refrigerant that is likely causing the issue. Neither are true, but he was willing to spend time arguing the fact and now I’m in the same situation with no work done.

Excellent service from Roger. He was on time for the appointment and quickly installed the new control panel. My only complaint is the amount of time I had to wait for an appointment! I was without my washer for a month.

Roger was extremely knowledgeable and helpful

I want to give Avery some well-deserved recognition for the exceptional service he provided. After several weeks of back-and-forth regarding our refrigerator repair and warranty, Avery came in, immediately took control of the situation, and put me at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable, calm, and professional. He explained the additional part we needed, the timing, fees, and made sure I understood everything before getting started. Avery clearly knows his stuff. He rebuilt our refrigerator and freezer, cleaned everything up afterward, and walked me through the repair and invoice before leaving. What impressed me most was his work ethic. He had already completed 11 jobs before arriving at our home for the first meeting, yet he remained patient, thorough, and professional throughout our entire appointment. After finishing our huge repair yesterday for the second meeting, he left out to handle 10 more jobs. That is an incredible workload, and Avery still gave us his full attention and provided excellent service. I genuinely believe Avery has the qualities to be in a leadership role. He has the technical knowledge, communication skills, composure, and work ethic to manage a team, lead diagnostics, or train other technicians. He would be a tremendous asset in that capacity. And to management: please take care of your technicians. They are working incredibly hard, and Avery is a perfect example of someone who continues to deliver excellent customer service despite an enormous workload. Thank you, Avery, for taking such great care of us!

He was great. He walked in and immediately knew what was wrong.

He was VERY rude! I was unsure of my warranty details and he was pressuring me to pay. He wasn’t trying to be a help and I was very polite to him. Offered him refreshments on arrival and all. My 3 year old daughter was there as well as my mother and I was very uncomfortable. I will never use flamingo due to my experience with him. He laughed at me when it came to payment and then when I was on the phone with whirlpool he was interrupting my conversation and when he heard I was still on warranty he then tried to insert himself in the conversation. Whirlpool did indeed cover it but I paid the $159 just to get him out of my home. I wish a male on my behalf was present cause I feel things would have went differently.

I’m really disappointed. The service technician yelled at my mom. A 78-year-old woman, hunched over- on a walker. He yelled at her on multiple occasions. He had got afraid of a 5 week old, half pound kitten that was trying to play with him- very briefly- while he was working. We also have a puppy who deeply disturbed him apparently. He did not want the puppy or the kitten in the house. These are both two very friendly and lazy animals. They pose no threat or harm. It was super hot outside and we weren’t going to put the kitten and the dog outside. My mom was by herself and is elderly and handicapped. She did not have the capabilities of doing all that Avery was demanding that she do. “Go here.. do that.. get this.. take that..” Please don’t ever send a technician who is going to yell at elderly women in the house by themselves, handicapped, and barely able to stand up from being hunched over a walker. I understand not having pets around or being annoying. But these pets never cross the line. And my mom could only do so much while the technician was there.

Greater customer service!

Avery was professional and was an excellent communicator. He was clear about the process and setting expectations. He can service my appliances anytime. Thanks
