Totally unsatisfied, John came in to look at the Maytag washing machine, very nice guy but very inexperienced, said the machine was not balanced properly, did a test cycle on an empty machine, said there was nothing wrong and proceeded to tell me that The Maytag machines do have problems with going off balance that i am experiencing and that he has the same problem with his where they have to keep pausing it to redistribute the clothes. After he left I put in a load of towels, the machine went crazy in between the cycles it would not spin and empty water, I eventually had to wring them out by hand, totally unacceptable

John was an absolute delight. He did all he could to resolve what turned out to be a problem that would basically requires us to spend a great deal of money on an aging machine. After careful consideration we elected not to pursue the very expensive fix.
