Horrible the technician came out did not fix the problem now I have a washing machine full of water and clothes and the company is horrible as well if a technician come out and the problem is not fixed he should have to come back out and fix the problem now I have to wait five days before someone else can come out. After the awful service I received from June 5th until July 12th, I was apprehensive that his service would be the same. Very much to my surprise he discovered the actual problem in a short time not the (Control Board) that I waited for over a month and a half. Avery actually pulled the washer out and looked under it. Your first technician touched the cycle panel on. Avery repaired my washer and because he knew how I felt about Flamingo he stayed while my washer filled up with water. Avery in my opinion is an asset to your company. He is knowledgeable and professional and very much equipped for damage control. I contacted you about how long it was taking for my washer which is less than a year old be repaired and it fell on deaf ears. All your company had to say was waiting on parts over and over. The part was not needed to repair my washer. I was without my washer as previously stated for over a month and a half due to a technician that had no clue of what was wrong or how to repair my washer. If a warranty customer is without their product for more than 2 weeks and they contact you a little due diligence would go a long way. HATS OFF TO AVERY!!!
