Appliance Repair in Riverdale, Georgia

Very good service experience.

Not happy with the customer service. It took 4 weeks for a dishwasher repair. I scheduled an appointment through them. It was immediately rescheduled to a week later. They needed a part and had to come back the next week. The day of appointment I was called and advised they “lost” the part that and I would have to wait another week. I asked to be contacted by the office about the delays, no call. When repairs were completed the old part was left on counter (not sure if that’s standard or not) and my dishwasher was not reconnected to the counter as it was found. The only reason I’m not making a huge ordeal about this is because this company was selected by my home warranty and not me.

Very timely and answered questions and concerns

This tech is always thorough and usually doesn't require a second visit other than waiting on parts.

The technician was very friendly, informative & prompt.

We are pleased with Hugues. He is thorough and he is very nice.Thank you very much.

Horrible the technician came out did not fix the problem now I have a washing machine full of water and clothes and the company is horrible as well if a technician come out and the problem is not fixed he should have to come back out and fix the problem now I have to wait five days before someone else can come out. This is a horrible company. Horrible, horrible horrible
