This is our 5th encounter using flamingo and hands down they have impressed us every time. Will continue to use them their level of professionalism is great. The requirement to get a live person for their appoint en route call is a little. Annoying like yesterday i was getting my haircut and had someone home, i feel sending a text and getting a reply should be sufficient as well. Or i confirm in the email i get then use that as confirmation and charge if its a no show.
