Our technician was right on time within the given window of service, he was very respectful, and helpful. He called about ten minutes before arriving and had got our oven working again within that same time frame! We were impressed and so grateful that our oven is back in working order!

We had used Flamingo in the past for a repair on refrigerator and we were very happy with them so we called them again when we needed service. We received an appointment within a few days of my call and Karrell promptly arrived, diagnosed the problem with my dryer and returned a few days later to complete the repair. He also addressed the problem with my ice maker which was a simple fix. I will definitely use Flamingo for any future repair needs.
