Alexis was great, but after Alexis found the issue it should have been diagnosed on the first and earlier tech visit. In my opinion first tech was lazy and Alexis was Not CLEARLY A TECH WORTH HIS SALT!

Great service. Went above and beyond my expectations. The problem with the dryer was found right away and it was fixed quickly. The lint inside the dryer was vacuumed up and it was put back together quickly. Everything was cleaned up after the service and I appreciated that tremendously.
