Great technician. Didn’t try to sell Me anything. Told me what repairs would cost. Needless to say I bought a new machine.

Jordan was polite but not very communicative about what he was doing. He said we would get paperwork in email about the repair, but we have received nothing. He said he reset the washer's computer and that should do it. It did not do it. I put a load in and the washer went one step further this time and started the final spin which was very rapid, but the final spin light did not light up, and when it stopped spinning, the machine started filling with water again, so it is still stuck in the rinse cycle, repeating it over, and over, and over. I called Jordan and left a message, but he did not return my call. I called the office, and they called him and said he could not return then and the soonest he could come back would be a week. This is dragging on too long. My first appt. got cancelled with no one telling me until I called to find out about it, then I had to wait another week for Jordan's visit, and now I have to wait another week for him to come back. This is all so unfair, and not what I call Customer Service.

Robert was terrific! The issue I had with my freezer had been difficult to diagnose by the first technician. Robert is a Master Technician, and he took the time to listen to the issue and the time to figure out the underlying issue.
