Our appointment was 12-3 and we rec’d a call at 3:2O saying he’d be there in 20 min. He arrived a little after 4. When it came time to pay the bill he overcharged us by almost $150 . I insisted he call the office because I knew there was an error and after a 15 min conversation with a supervisor he told me i was correct. The technician never apologized.

My freezer was on the blink, then my refrigerator started to act up temperature wise. I called Flamingo and they worked with me and got to me within two days! I was happy with their service. Had to order a part and came back in four days to replace it and got everything up and running til he could get back. Very clean, wear booties and masked. Thank you Roger for a job well done!
