Tyler was very thorough in his explanation of what the issue was, what happened as a result of the incorrect installation, and how he was going to correct/repair the unit. He allowed me time to take pictures to send to the builder and to take detailed notes to pass on, as this was a fire hazard and needed to be addressed. Tyler even took a moment to level the stove for me, as the builders had it on the lowest setting to try to make it flush with their unlevel counter installation. He did a phenomenal job!
