Adrian went above and beyond to come by on a moments notice when our refrigerator had its intermittent problem in order to troubleshoot with a whirlpool engineer to identify the faulty part while the issue was occurring. This effort resolved the mystery problem after three months due to the intermittent occurrences. He ordered the part and replaced the part a few days after it arrived. He was very professional, courteous and cleaned everything up so it still looked new.
