Chris arrived within the scheduled time. His demeanor was very pleasant. He was courteous. He had the correct part and installed in in less time than expected. He is my first experience with Flamingo Appliance and if he is an example of all their technicians I would highly recommend Flamingo Appliance. On the topic of the company, they were very communicative, and something I really liked was the ability to see how my technician was doing on the appointments preceding miine.

He was polite, and I appreciated that he put on booties before entering my home. However, I need to note that he scratched the front of my new washing machine during the service.

The service technician was great at explaining what happened to my appliance and what I should do to prevent it from happening again. Joshua new exactly what when wrong and fix it in a timely manner, he’s the very best I have experienced since I been with this service provider Thank you very much
