Joe was very knowledgeable, professional and told us everything he was doing. unfortunately we have had this fridge fixed and parts replaced so many times it is a lemon! we have had 3 technicians from flamingo who were all excellent and about 12-14 service calls. it's not their fault our whirlpool is junk!
