I have had dealings with Pedro before . Very knowledgeable and no games . He’s great . It’s the constant policy of flamingo to keep covering for the builders errors and not resolve the issues . I blame the companies lack of integrity . You have come to my home at least 6 times . Ripped apart a brand new washer instead of replacing it . At least Pedro tried to reason with whirlpool . Whirlpool has zero integrity and won’t replace the washer . My dryer vent issue has gone on and on for two years . It does not vent at all . I blame the builder for this defect . Pedro is great . Your company should stand up for customers and not be a cover for shoddy , shady builders .

John himself was terrific, but the news wasn't. Frayed wires could be fixed "by a handyman," he said - but he wasn't allowed to do that......so $159 had to be paid to tell us that we had a fixable problem that he couldn't fix.

He was great except he forgot to plug in the dryer when he was done.
