He fixed our dishwasher. Roy is a very nice man and very courteous.

Roy was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

This is the second time Roy has been out to my house for an appliance repair. He is friendly, explains everything and is always able to fix whatever problem there is. This time it was our cooktop. He was able to fix the one eye that would not light. Because the microwave would not act up while he was at the house, there was no repair done, but he told me things to look for the next time I have the issue in order for him to be able to fix it.

Roy is a good man you all are lucky to have him on your team. He reprogramed the logic board and things are working just fine. Thanks again.

Very polite, on time and explained process

Even though Roy and Matt are great guys. My problem has been going on for over a year they come out it’s not doing it. They tell me to record it. I do it. They tell me they can’t do anything about it. I am so over this refrigerator. I can’t see straight. Roy and I stood in the kitchen with it doing a low for about 15 minutes. Said nothing could be done. He told me when it does it louder to shake it to see if it’s something loose. I did about an hour after he left. It didn’t change the effects. I recorded it again. Order is also dripping from the dispenser for the ice machine. I don’t get it. I paid premium full price full retail for this refrigerator and it’s a piece of poop and y’all can’t do anything to make it better even your manager paid for next year. I don’t get it. I guess I’m gonna be forever. Frustrated with this refrigerator right now as we speak and I do this review at 11:48 on Tuesday morning it’s quiet as a church mouse. I wish there was something I could do to alleviate my frustration to live a better life than to have this refrigerator run my life
