Eric came with no intentions of doing the work he stated he would do if I requested the parts from Whirlpool. Instead he showed up to my home with no tools and lied about everything we previously had discussed. His attitude became agitated and very unprofessional when I pointed out what we discussed prior and what needed to be addressed. I also asked him why he closed out my service tickets when the issues had not been addressed or remedied. I stated Whirlpool still had open tickets on my dishwasher and the leakage that was to my water tray. His explanation was the climate in my home. As a dedicated and loyal Whirlpool customer for over five decades, I have never owned a refrigerator that the climate in my home, given as the excuse for all the issues. What appeared to be a knowledgeable and kind worker from Flamingo, Eric turned out to be an underhanded, lazy person who didn’t want to do his job. I’m totally discussed with my experience with Flamingo and their employee Eric and will be reporting it to Whirlpool.
