They had great service and made sure they knew the problem before solving it. The refrigerator is working well already.

The appliance was working prior to Avery's visit. After the warranty exchange of console, the microwave was not working. I told him that the microwave wasn't working while he was still present and he said it would start working later after an update. I called him and told him again that the Microwave was not working and he said he couldn't come fix it because he closed the work order. Now I don't have a working microwave for at least 7 days until the next available appointment. And it is unlikely to be fixed at the next appointment. This was completely unacceptable and I can't get anyone at Flamingo to contact me or answer a call. I had a working appliance prior to the "repair" and now I don't have a working microwave for an undetermined amount of time. Unacceptable!

Our interaction with Flamingo (troubleshooting & repairing) was excellent. Unfortunately getting the required replacements from Whirlpool was a disaster. Roger is obviously a top notch technician.
