He told me during the call it wasn't covered under a warranty and I would have to pay out of pocket after I had already waited 5 weeks for warrantees work. Then after a while of working on the appliance, he said he checked and it was covered under the warranty but it needed a pump that would cost $850. When he left the washer was still not fixed. I had to call the company I purchased the warranty from again. They sent someone else out that said he had not connected the panel back correctly. They had it working in a few minutes. Can you say SCAM!!
