Appliance Repair in Lilburn, Georgia

My service call was to repair my Maytag washer that we had for about a month. The washer did not show the issue while Roy was here however after he left, it started with the issue. I called Roy and he came back, diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. He was very responsive with my concerns.

Roy was very personable and kept me included on the tests he was performing to test the dryer operations. He was a truly knowledgeable person with his skills! He is a great representative in all aspects for Flamingo!

Tech had no interest in hearing what I had to say. Ran washer with no load, I could hear slight noise with no load, he said he did not. And that was after he confirmed he was not, and did not know, what a master technician is and that is what the supervisor at Whirlpool said they were sending out. After hearing he was not a master tech I told him to go ahead and call Whirlpool, to not bother with ahything else - he refused and insisted on running the washer with no load. After wasting my time I told him to get his bag and leave my property.

Roy was not able to diagnose the problem with dishwasher. He contacted his coworkers over the phone but still could not. Of course, I was still charged the same price. I guess your company has no reason to hire trained technicians since you still get paid for the full service charges.

He was professional, knowledgeable, on time and repaired my problem.
