I must admit this company is no joke and Hector was on time, professional and very polite. Both time he had to come out to my resident he actually was at the resident before the actual time which for me that is a plus. Thank you Hector you are appreciated!

He said it was my water pressure. I hired a plumber and that is not the cause. Cost me hundreds of dollars. Now I have to start all ovwr again with Whirlpool. Yhis fridge has cost me thousands. He is not Don who seemed to fix the problems with the fridge in the past.

I was extremely dissatisfied with a the technician. He came, and before, even looking at my problem with the refrigerator, he asked to see my warranty receipt. I showed him my receipt from my purchase from Home Depot. He said no he wanted to see the warranty. I said this is covered under the major Appliance limited warranty whirlpool offers up to five years from the date of original purchase for certain component parts and labor in this case, the refrigerator compressor (purchased 12/18/23, well within the 5-yr limit). He said that was not put on his instructions when he came over and he insisted that I was not covered & that I needed to call Home Depot where I purchased it. Home Depot‘s warranty is not applicable to this. This is a sealed refrigerator system, and it covers the compressor, evaporator condenser dryer and connecting tubing. As a technition representing a whirlpool product, he should’ve known that. I got the impression that since it was already 4:45 pm & I was the last one on the list of 11 service appointments that he had that day, he was just anxious to leave & not be bothered. I argued with him. He refused to comply and I got frustrated and I told him that it was obvious he wasn’t going to do anything, he didn’t even bother looking to see what the problem was. He left and I had to call whirlpool back again. Explain to them what happened. They said the technician was wrong and now they set up another appointment for me with a different repair company ,since Flamingo doesn’t seem to understand what the issues are. It is now going on two weeks without refrigeration service due to the inability of this technician to be able to communicate and understand the problem. I will never recommend Flamingo Appliance Repair to anyone. If I can give less than one star I would, it would be -0.
