Roy was great! He had to come twice because he was given the wrong information the first time, but he was very nice and apologetic. He fixed my washer very quick and was so friendly!

Service personal very professional. Contact with phone not so much. Technician came 12/19. He searched for replacement part. He said to me that I was in luck. He found the part in Albany. He ordered the part. No word from Flamingo as to installment date. Texted Flamingo at 2:13 on 12/29 for an update and got a return a text from you at 6:38 saying my text had been rec'd after business hours. Text told me to resend my text again the next day during regular business hours. I did and rec;d a return text that part had not been rec'd. I then started calling on 1/7 thru 1/19. Rene(?) - no help whatsoever. Owen researched with Parts Dept. ETA for part was 1/30 but would send inquiry for maybe a more resent arrival date and would get back. Never heard back. Spoke to Tammy on 1/19 (an entire month since the part had been ordered) who confirmed that part had been rec'd on 1/16 and I would be contacted as to installment date. I rec'd an email the afternoon of 1/23 that Flamingo would be here the next day between 8 and 10. Not much notice, right? I paid you with a check both times $245.76. Yesterday I rec;'d a text asking me to verify my second check. It asked me my signature, I called Flamingo to see if there had been a problem. I gave him the phone number of the text. Assistor said my check had cleared. He said not to respond to the text. The phone was 510-851-8854. I deleted the number.
