My family did not have a working refrigerators since March 17. Each appointment was greater than a week out, and we had three of them. The second appointment was canceled because the required sealant was not ordered. The third appointment the tech accidentally broke apart that was not replaceable and now the refrigerator cannot be fixed more than the month after our initial call. While the tax are nice this whole experience has been terrible. There’s absolutely no reason for appointments to be out that long hire people if you’re shorthanded. Have somebody double check that all the required parts are on order so an appointment doesn’ have to be canceled. This family has kids and a business and are very busy people without a working refrigerator. This whole experience was unacceptable.

My experience with Flamingo has been good overall. The icing on the cake, was my encounter today with your technician Mike, job number 1420444. Mike was outstanding. He arrived within the pre-arranged window, even called when 15 minutes away. I know that is how you run service calls, but Mike exceeded my expectations in a big way. Something about his extremely friendly and polite demeanor immediately generated confidence and trust. In regards to his work, I cannot say enough. He was fast and extremely proficient. While he was here I asked Mike a couple questions. Somehow, he was able to give me his full attention while continuing to work, did a flawless job and was done in record time. Thanks to Mike and the entire team, the next time appliance repair is needed I’ll be using Flamingo again

The wait time from diagnosis to repair was over a week. My freezer is still running warm and I placed a call for a recheck and was told the next appointment would be in another week. I’m still waiting for the technician to call me back to discuss.
