I had an initial appointment set 2 weeks ago tech called 10 minutes before arrival time to state that he felt he would need to order parts to fix issue. I stated are you sure you don’t want to check it out first. He said I already know it is 1 of 3 parts. After waiting for parts to arrive and a next available appointment (2 weeks from initial) he arrived 10 minutes before deadline and all he had to do was reset the machine. No parts required. Very disappointing had to wait 2 weeks for something that could have been easily resolved if had come in the first place. It would have been a 1 star but technically he did fix the problem (hopefully).

There was confusion in the bill

Roger is a consummate professional. He was prompt, extremely polite, knowledgeable and informative. My appliances are in excellent condition again! Roger is a true asset to your company and I would definitely request him again.

Bad experience

Great service; friendly

Had fridge about five days now and it still isn't functioning. Water in the hallways and unusable. Expensive product, and am very disappointed.
