Technician was professional. Issue is with length of time it takes to have someone come to your residence after scheduling an appointment. Takes about two weeks. If item is not repaired and a follow up appointment is needed, could be possibly looking at a month before repairs are complete.

I was very happy with my interaction with Bryan and Flamingo Appliance Services! He was timely, professional and friendly. Everything was explained thoroughly and Bryan made sure I was in agreement before starting the diagnostic. He replaced the lock on my washer on the 2nd visit in an expeditious manner. The communication was always timely and I was kept abreast of what was happening.
