It took a while for the parts to come in but Roger was excellent in completing the project. He was punctual, professional, prepared and neat.

Other than the fact that I need a new washer , Miguel was extremely professional , explained all issues and options in detail , gave professional recommendations .I felt as if he was telling me the truth , backed it up with diagnostic facts and acted very knowledgeable and professional .
