Roger did a great job in fixing my washing machine. He was professional and he arrived on time as quoted. I wish I could give him 10 stars he was great!

A day after the part was put in my fridge, it stopped working again. Been without my fridge for over a week & a half and now I have to wait longer for someone to come out which there’s no telling when I could get scheduled back in for service.

Roger was a five out of five. He was great very professional, clean, quick and honest. The company not so much! Scheduling the service through flamingo directly was a nightmare then the appointment got canceled because they wanted to send someone out last minute a few days before the appointment. When I called back the number that called me the person that answered had no recollection of a call made to me. Because of this issue, I had to reschedule the appointment later than my original appointment, which was extremely frustrating as a family who uses the washing machine every day! You all definitely have some work to do on your administrative end if you want to keep customers.
