Hello !! Robert was excellent! He was on time , very knowledge and I believe solved my problem. I still need to wait a few days as he told me to see if my problem has resolved. Unfortunately , two months ago two other techs that are no longer with the company came for the same issue. It was never fixed and I paid over $2000.00 Now I believe what they did was not necessary and I am wondering what the company will do to remedy this situation. Awaiting a response

Kenny was great, worked quickly, was polite and answered all my questions. However, my previous experience with flamingo was not so great. The technician stayed for five minutes, only to tell me that the part needed for the oven hadn’t been ordered. So why wasn’t the appointment rescheduled? I wasted half a day waiting around to spend five useless minutes. Again, though, the experience with Kenny was excellent.
