Hugue was professional, and explained things in detail. He was respectful of masking, and offered clarification when I had questions about things. Flamingo followed through regarding the promised day of a visit by a service person. We are very pleased!

Dennis was able to quickly resolve the issue I had with my dishwasher door. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and after making the repair he also showed me how to use other features on my dishwasher (I’ve only had it about 3 months).
