My issue is not with him. I submitted a request for service regarding an installation. The wrong tech was sent. The vent hood is falling off the wall. It’s a new Pulte home and our third installation. The first two were damaged and replaced. This one was installed with the wrong wall anchors as specified in the installation manual and two main screws are completely detached from the wall. I called warranty as the tech instructed. I got the run around and told the builder had to contact the order desk. That is totally wrong. Whirlpool contracted the installers and owns the corrective process. Not the builder.

I was very satisfied with the service Lee provided. He was timely to the service appointment and was able to resolve the issue with my washing machine. He also provided me some much needed education regarding loading the clothes and how to prevent damage to the washing machine. His knowledge was valuable.
