Steven did an amazing job. Very professional from the start. He quickly identified the issue and order parts. He even made sure parts would be delivered in time prior to scheduling a follow up. When he came back he told us how there was some additional research done and possible other issues were identified. He quickly worked to resolve everything and the oven works great! Steven also took the time to defrost the fridge to ensure we get an operating fridge until the replacement parts arrive. He has done his due diligence.
