He was great and fast. He knew before he came the first time the part that needed to replaced. Why did he have it the first time. He could have handled it and there would have been non need for a second visit. Increasing efficiency and productivity

My experience started with the app. It is fantastic. It gave me a good understanding of how the day was progressing and when I needed to be available. Dennis called me to give me a 10 minute warning which was great. He arrived prepared to do the repair and was very quixk and professional. He explained the problem and answered my questions. He tested the machine after the repair and assured me it was working. He also said if I did have a problem later that day (my wife planned to do 3 loads to catch up) to let him know and he would return. As expected, it worked fine. He is a real asset to your organization. Very knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient.
