He did get the refrigerator working again which is a huge thank you but two of the LED freezer lights were not repaired and are still out.

He was professional, analytical in determining the root cause of my refrigerator door problem, recognizing what part was needed, and immediately saying we will fix it now. I WAS IMPRESSED....... gary j bohac
