Ernest was fine. I think your company has a problem with scheduling. Not a good experience at all, had to wait almost a month to get a technician to my apt. Was cancelled on multiple times/wrong parts. Would not recommend your company to others. Had to go through your company for Cosco warranty, otherwise my issue would have been fixed a month ago via another company. You should probably fix the way your company schedules with their clients. Constructive criticism.
