Scheduled a repair visit through KitchenAid directly after receiving a new dishwasher unit with broken drawer wheels. First visit from Flamingo they had no idea why they were there, didn't call within the 2 weeks that it was scheduled to inquire the why. So first visit didn't have the wheel parts to repair and had to immediately reschedule a 2nd visit more than a week later to actually repair the wheel parts.
