Avery was an excellent technician, he was knowledgeable and made sure that we were well informed as to how our aplliance functioned. I would request Avery on any future challenges if they arose.

Timothy came to our house twice to repair our fridge and the last time around, he installed the compressor the wrong way, which caused us to be without a working fridge for an addl 2-3 weeks. I am very disappointed in how my srvc requests were handled. When I called to inform y’all the fridge still wasn’t working after being repaired, no one was sent to check the work that was done. This problem could have been rectified a lot earlier.
