Hector was great! He recognized that the issue with the lights in our refrigerator was a chronic issue that others had encountered and knew right away that it was a warranty item from the manufacturer. He saved us a lot of money considering we have already had to have this same item fixed once before. He ordered the parts, rescheduled the visit, arrived in time, and was fast and efficient.
