Christopher tried to do everything possible to fix my situation with my Kitchen Aid refrigerator, he was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Unfortunately my issue does not seem to be able to be fixed. My left refrigerator door does not stay open and its brand new refrigerator. Very upsetting.
