Shane was thorough and complete in his diagnosis. Upon determining the ice maker was faulty, he replaced it very professionally. He left our refrigerator working properly, making ice! Good job.

Supposed to come last week. Did not come and did not let me know until almost 8 pm. Late coming this week but did a very thorough job of checking the machine. Happy with service once he arrived.

It's okay to smile and be friendly. It's okay to keep customers informed along the way and to talk to customers and answer questions. Customers are happy to have a technician's help and knowledge. Without you, we could not resolve the issues for which we have sought you out. Please communicate and call. Please smile and share what you know. Please don't make things awkward. We know it's not easy to come into a home and do your work. We understand you may prefer no questions asked and silence, but we need details, communication, information. It's important to us. Be kind. Please keep calls for help to a local number and person that cares too; not a generic number in another country with someone that puts blame elsewhere. Honesty is important. Integrity is important. We will keep on trying.
