Alexis is amazing and always completes the job correct. However, the office is not very accurate or accommodating. Two times they did not relay the proper reason for his visit to my home .. nor did they schedule him requested time frame . Lucky for me Alexis is reliable and was able to make it. Before I had to leave for an appointment. 5 stars for Alexis 1 for office staff
