Michael was fantastic, and if the company had a better scheduling system it would've been five stars. That was my only issue. I didn't hear till Monday morning the window of time that a technician was expected for my Monday appointment. This left me little time to arrange time off with my work which was awkward. I should've been notified Friday night Regarding a Monday appointment. Or latest over the weekend. But nothing until Monday morning. However, Michael was great! He was friendly and professional, andquickly assessed the situation, replaced the burned out motor, tested the machine, cleaned up and was gone all within probably an hour or less. I ran the dishwasher last night and this morning woke up to clean dishes! Thank you Michael!
