I had called about my dryer making noise and u told me take a video of it , so I did. No one came out to check it and it’s still making noise even louder. Very disappointed because it seems like u thought it wasn’t loud enough. A person is not supposed to hear a bumping noise in the dryer. Now I’m out of warranty. Thanks to you. I just hope u service ur other customers better!

Well, you have been to our house three times to resolve the "thump" when the dryer spins. 1st: to diagnose the issue, 2nd: to replace the dryer drum (didn't fix issue). 3rd: to replace dryer motor (didn't fix issue). Still have the original "thump" issue. Not sure what the is now planned to resolve it..? Should we replace the dryer belt ? I believe it has not been changed.
