Jeffery was an excellent technician and was quick and efficient.

Your call center for booking appointment is not cooperating with customer. They will have one set of service date and no other options for different date. I waited one week for part replacement. Tech was good and knowledgeable.

Jeffery arrived within the time frame given. He called before arriving to inform me he was 20 minutes out and arrived promptly. He was very pleasant, cordial, and informed me of exactly what he was going to do. He performed his job efficiently and protected my floor in the process. We appreciated Joshua's services and help. The iced freezer was cleaned up quickly and the freezer door was able to be closed more tight. However, the humming sound remains at the back of the refrigerator (which is about 10" away from the wall), and the thermometer would still be running/showing easily between 43-46 degree during the day time when used not too frequently. Any of your further suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Again, your services were greatly appreciated!
